The recent announcement by the government of another national lockdown means that everyone has to think very carefully about the safest way to go about our lives in the coming weeks. Even though regulations permit gathering in person for worship, we have decided that both to be safe and in order to stand in solidarity with our ‘at home’ neighbours, we will be moving all worship back online for the foreseeable future.
At St George’s there will be a weekly act of worship at 10.00am each Sunday alternating between a spiritual communion service from the vicarage kitchen and a service recorded in church. See more here. St George’s will be open for private prayer between 9.30am and 11.30am on Tuesdays and 7.00pm to 8.30pm on Thursdays.
At St Michael’s we will continue our services on Sundays at 10:00 on Zoom and streaming on YouTube. You can find out more here.
If you need to contact someone, please email the parish office (details below) or you can find contact details for our priests on any of our previous Welcome Sheets.
